“Como funcionan las cosas/ How Things Work”

Hola Abejitas Parents,

This is the week of love and friendship, and at Sff! we have prepared big surprises for all of our children. We’ll celebrate together and share a special time with friends and teachers. We’ll also continue talking about the theme “Como funcionan las cosas - How Things Work"

Abejitas class will be making small projects based on the age of our little ones. These projects will be exhibited at our upcoming Science Fair.

In our class, our little ones will enjoy singing the song “Como funcionan las cosas.”  This song talks about how things work.

Parents, please encourage your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found on our Sff! CD.

Special Activity:

Our celebration of Valentine's Day is this upcoming Friday, February 12. If you would like your child to participate, please bring small gifts to school no later than Wednesday February 10th. Our little ones will be happy and grateful to each of you. We appreciate it.

The following is a list of items that could be shared:

Socks, baby food, individually boxed cereals, soft cookies, appropriate toys, books, or any other items that you consider a good option.

Friendly Reminders:

Please make sure your child has extra clothes in their cubby and that all unnecessary things are removed so their cubbies will look neat.

Our Classroom Rules:

1- All parents need to cover their shoes when entering to the classroom.

2-Knock before entering the room to make sure that no one is behind the door.

3-Wash your hands, and your child's, when you enter the classroom.

4-Complete the journal daily.

5-Label all of your child's item.
