Abejitas, September 02-05 2014


 Hola Abejiitas Parents!

We will start a new theme this week “Mi Cuerpo”/”My Body”.
We have many new different and fun activities planned for our little ones. Through this activities they will learn about different parts of the body but we will be focusing mainly on the parts that our babies use the most to develop their fine and gross motor.  Such as legs, arms, hands and fingers. To achieve our goal we will be practicing early stimulation exercise according with our baby’s age.

Special Events and Important dateas:
Abejitas class want to wish a Happy Birthday to Luciana Coles, who is turned 1 year old on september 1st. (Feliz CumpleaƱos Luciana!!! )

Farewells:
We are very sad because we have to say good bye to our beloved Olivia and Luciana, but at the same time we are so proud to promote our sweet princesses  to the Mariquitas Classroom.  Congratulations to the Coles and Skalka Families!!  

Welcome:
Our Abejitas class want to give a special and warm welcome to: Alyssa Nieman, Taylor Nieman and Savannah Nieman  : ) We are very excited to have you in our classroom!


Friendly Reminders:
Please in order to keep our abejitas safe in a comfortable and nurturing  environment we have some rules that all parents without exceptions need to fallow:
1- Please all parents need cover your shoes when entering to the classroom.
2- Knock before entering the room, making sure that no one is behind the door.
3- Wash your hands and your child’s hands when you enter the classroom.
4- Fill up the journal information and read it daily.
5- Label all your child’s items with name and date (bottles, food)
6-Bring your child’s blanket every Monday morning and take it every Friday evening to be washed.   
7. Provide to administration all the forms that they required from you.

September 5th  at 8:15 Grandparent’s Day Celebration, Please come and Join us and help us to make all grandparents feel special…

Abejitas Week August 25th -29th

Hola Abejitas Parents!
This is the last week we will be talking about “Mi Escuela y Yo”/ “My School and I”
We are very proud of our Abejitas because they are doing a great job. They are learning a lot while playing and enjoying  planned activities that help them to develop  their fine and gross motors, language, social and cognitive skills.

Room Parents:
We would like to thank Mrs. Giselle Ames, Valeria’s mom for volunteering as a room parent in Abejitas class.   She will be working with us planning all the special activities for the classroom she will also be responsible for any important communications regarding these events to all the other parents. Thank you so much Ms. Ames, we really appreciate all your help and commitment with our class.

Week of August 18th. – 22nd.


Hola Abejitas Parents, 

We are having a wonderful time at Sff! Our first week has been a huge success! We are very happy and proud of our Abejitas. They are adapting  very well to the  new  teachers and  routine.

This passed week they have enjoyed exploring the different areas  and centers in the classroom. And they have a lot of fun participating in all the activities we prepared for them during this first week of school.
This upcoming  week we will continue with the topic ‘’ Mi Escuela y Yo’’ ‘’My School and Me’’.

Week of August 11Th – 15th 2014

Hola! 

We would like to give you a warm welcome to Abejitas class!

Miss Milly and  I are really glad to begin our new school year 2014-2015 with you and your child!!!
We had planned many activities for your little ones to allow them develop language, motor and cognitive skills like playing, reading, painting,  singing, dancing, etc. We are happy to have our Abejitas here with us and to offer them a lot of fun while they are learning and exploring new things this year.

Topic:

Special Activities:
On Wednesday August 13th we will have a tour around our school getting to know the kitchen & the chef, the office,  the Director and director asst. & the teachers and children from other classrooms.

  • Family picture
  • 5 individual passport size pictures
Also, please make sure your creams have a form filled out and signed by you with specific indications.
We hope to have all your  support during this new school year.

Week of August 4th – August 8th.


Hola Abejitas Parents!

This is our last week of summer camp. We really enjoyed all the fun activities  we had with your children. This upcoming week we are going to talk about the circus. We will have a lot of fun talking about the animals, the clowns and much more.

Wednesday 6th:  Meet and Greet. Please save the date.

Week of July 28th. - August 1st.



Dear Abejitas parents.

This week we will  have a lot of fun with our little Abejitas. We will be learning about brave Knights and beautiful Princesses reading fairy tales, singing songs and coloring and watching pictures and flash cards.

On Friday we'll have a parade to show everyone the beautiful costumes that we will be working on.

Week of July 21st – July 25th..


Dear Abejitas Parents 

This week we are going to learn about the Dinosaurs, we had prepared fun activities for our babies, We are going to crawl like a dinosaur and make dinosaur’s sound and roar… grrrr!!!!

We'll make an small dinosaur, and the babies will help us  decorating it with their hands, fingers, feet and toes.

Friendly Reminders:
·         Please If you have at home small boxes and other recycling material such as Mac & cheese boxes, bring it to help us make our dinosaurs. 

·         Splash days are Monday and Thursday’s  mornings, please bring your child ready with their swim suits. It is very important to apply sunscreen on them.

·         Don't forget to cover your shoes when you enter to the classroom. 

·         Please remember to label all bottles and food with your child     name and date everyday. 

·         Friday 8th.  Early realize for teacher work day at 12:30 and The school will be close Monday 11th.
