Week of February 29th. – March 4th
“Mi país”/”My country”
The month of March is
finally here, and we are very happy because we have wonderful activities
planned involving all children, their families and teachers too. We begin this
week with our children learning about "Mi País/My Country" This time
we'll talk about USA. The child will learn about the flag, and the anthem. We
also have other activities designed to contribute to their development
appropriately and in accordance with their needs.
In our class, our little
ones will enjoy singing the song “Mi País.” This song talks about the beauty of
the country in which children are born with respect for everyone else.
Parents, please encourage
your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found on our Sff! CD.
Rhyme:
El
país donde vivo
Es
mi hermoso hogar
Sus
paisajes, los lugares
Todo
luce fenomenal
Yo
lo cuido, lo valoro
Yo
lo quiero de verdad
Fingerplays:
Los
deditos de la mano
Todos
juntos estarán
Si

Estirados

Cinco
