Week of November 23^rd – November 25^th

Theme of the week: “Mi comunidad y yo /My community and I”

This will be a short week, but it will be full of fun for our little ones and our dear families at Sff! During this week, we will share a special time with our children in which we will discuss Thanksgiving Day. Likewise, we will be doing a small overview of our current theme "My community and I”/Mi comunidad y yo.” At home, Mom and Dad can help our Abejitas by reading small stories related to “Thanksgiving Day” or, by showing pictures of you and your family sharing in past years Thanksgiving celebrations. Also we'd like to say thank you to all of you for all the love you have given us all this time and for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your children. From the bottom of our hearts – thank you!

Happy Birthday to Camilla Bianchi who is turning one year old the next coming Thursday November 26^th.

Friendly Reminders:
●      Label your child’s jackets; any unlabeled jackets will be put in the lost and found items.
●      Wash your hands and your child's hands when entering the classroom.
●      Read and complete the journal daily.
●      Label all of your child's items. (bottles, clothes, food, etc.)

Important Upcoming Dates:
·         November 25^th:  Thanksgiving Celebration - We will be sharing a special morning snack in our classroom. Parents are encouraged to bring a dish to share during our morning snack at 9:00 am. The sign-up sheet will be posted on Monday, the 16^th.
·         November 26^th – 27^th: School closed.
·         December 16^th:  Our Holiday Party. Mark your calendars! We are counting on you for this event!

For that reason, you will receive a special letter from us with detailed information regarding this event and what your child needs to wear for his/her presentation. We have time to prepare a wonderful show!
