Ms. Elsa & Ms. Maria Guadalupe
Theme of the week: "People, Music, and Countries around the World"
Week of April 13th  April 17th

Dear Abejitas Parents,
Our International Party was a total success! Thank you for coming and spending this wonderful time with us. Our Abejitas did a great job, and we couldn’t be more proud of them. This upcoming week at Sff! we will keep the fun for our little ones talking about "People, music, and countries around the world”, especially about the country of their teachers (Honduras / Mexico). Our goal this week is to teach our kids to become more familiar with different communities and appreciate the richness of all cultures. Especially after the new experiences we had in during our international party, it can be a great example of how to enrich the knowledge of our little ones.

Song of the week:
Piano Merengue (Note: Our dance is an instrumental merengue that will be played by a folkloric instrument of Honduras, called "Marimba")

Rhyme/Rima
Alrededor del mundo
Hay muchas personas como tu y como yo
Su música y su país es diferente
y a  todas ellas les doy
Mi amor y admiración

Fingerplays:
(Hacemos gestos con los dedos)
La pequeña araña
subió, subió, subió
vino la lluvia
y se la llevó.

Salió el sol
y todo lo secó
y la pequeña araña
subió, subió, subió.
