“Mi Pais/My Country”

Happy Friday Abejitas Parents!

This week we will start a new topic: Mi Pais/ My Country. During this week we will play with the colors Blue, Red, and White (our flag colors). We will read stories about our community and we will show them pictures about different places within our country, including: the beaches, lakes, mountains, forest, etc. We will listen different types of music also.

This will be a fun week in the Abejitas Class!

 Special Thanks:

I would like to thank everyone for the tokens of love I received this week for my birthday! It sure was a very special one, because I was surrounded by special people! GRACIAS!

 Special Activity:

During the next two weeks we are learning about the theme “My Country” and we would like to invite all parents of Abejitas Class to share travel photographs taken within and outside of the country. Our children enjoy observing these images and even more if they can see their loved ones in them. We appreciate your support and we thank you in advance.

 Friendly Reminders:

Please make sure your child has extra clothes in their cubby.

Important Upcoming Dates:

• 9-13      March: Teacher Appreciation Week    
• 17 - 18  Picture Day
• 20 Report Cards will be sent home
• 23-27 Parent- Teacher conferences

Our Classroom Rules: 

1- All parents need to cover their shoes when entering to the classroom.

2-Knock before entering the room to make sure that no one is behind the door.

3-Wash your, and your child's, hands when you enter the classroom.

4-Complete the journal daily.

5-Label all of your child's item.
