Theme of the month: “Nos Ponemos Activos”/We Get Active”

Hola Abejitas Parents! 

During this upcoming week we will continue working with our little ones learning about: “Getting Active" / "Nos Ponemos Activos".
Being active takes our abejitas brain and muscle power so it plays an important part in your baby's development. As they grow, you can help them by playing with them and helping them make new movements and explore their surroundings. Most of all, you can help them by making sure they can move around freely, easily and safely

Congratulations to our student of the week –Tyson Yates!  We are ready to know and learn more about you.  Felicidades!

Friendly Reminders:

•        Help us finish our family corner by bringing your family picture if you haven’t done so. Children really love seeing their family pictures while they are here. Thank you!

•        Please take the time to come and sign out our student of the week sheet, remember how important these activities are for our babies.

Important Upcoming Dates:

Thursday October 30rd: Teddy Bear Portrait Sales Day! Mark your calendar, on this day during 7:30 - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, representatives from Teddy Bear Portrait Studio will be showing and selling your child's portraits taken last week. This will be the only opportunity for you to buy them at a really good discounted price.
 

Friday October 31st: Costume Parade. We will start our costume parade at 10:00 am. It will be a fun morning! Don’t forget to send your child in his/her costume that morning. Please help us donating healthy snacks and treats to share with the other children. You can give them with us prior to the activity. The treats must be nut free. Please avoid hard candy or any choking hazard items. The treats the children collect will be in their cubbies until is time to go home, please feel free to decide what your child may eat. These could be: baby food, bibs, stickers, crackers, cereal bars, or some other kind of snack that is appropriate for babies.

Our Classroom Rules:

1- All parents need to cover their shoes when entering to the classroom.

2- Knock before entering the room, making sure that no one is behind the door.

3- Wash your hands and your child’s hands when you enter the classroom.

4- Fill out the journal daily.

5- Label all your child’s items.
